Schmutz Vol. 1 - 690 Highly Distorted Samples

Do you like distortion? What sounds like a machine, noise or agony to others provides you with energy and head cinema? Then treat yourself to the sounds, loops and racks of Schmutz Vol. 1. This Structure Pack is the starting shot, or rather big bang, of a fully distorted product series and is aimed at all those who simply can't get enough of analogue sound experiments.

Cortechs and Schwarzton have transformed their studio into a distortion laboratory and created almost 700 dark creatures. Experimental, distorted, progressive and extremely promising - that's how these high-quality sounds

be described in a nutshell.

For Schmutz Vol. 1, special sound sources were also tapped, including of course the Modular System from Cortechs. But other instruments and tools also contributed to the dirty character of the pack: a 5-string electric bass for extra deep bass tones, a pedalboard with analogue effects and a Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty. (A really rare and rad guitar!) The instruments were processed with coffee cups and drum sticks to create wicked and unique sounds. The recordings were then sent through Schwarzton's analogue mixing console and various effects chains, distorted, alienated - indeed, downright destroyed- in order to get the most obscure and dystopian sounds out of them for you.

Get infected and discover the sonic power that can emerge from the dirty sounds in the templates provided. Look forward to 690 distorted samples and loops with which you can work creatively in a sampler. If you prefer to produce with Racks, you can look forward to the suitably mapped Ableton Live Instrument Racks, which will boost your creativity and your understanding of sound design.
