Noisquito · Texture Machine
Noisquito is part of SineeLab, the effects family from SINEE. Small, focused tools that do one thing properly and sound like something right away. Not a mastering tool, but a character effect and sound design instrument for people who want to hear something alive when they turn a knob.

€49.90*Noisquito is a texture machine. It does not lay texture on top of your signal, it puts it inside: from fine grain and quiet crackle to rough, gnarly structures. The result does not sound like a second track running alongside. It sounds like a signal that was recorded that way from the start.
What you use it for
Take a hi-hat that sits thin and metallic in the mix and turn it into a noisy shaker with air and body. Give a bassline the grit it needs to hold its ground against the kick without getting louder. Put movement under pads, atmospheres and rumbles that would otherwise just sit there for eight bars. Or make drums and loops dirtier until they sound like they came off tape.
This works on pretty much anything: percussion, drums, bass, synths, vocals, entire loops. Anywhere a sound is technically clean but sterile.
From barely audible to uncompromising
How far you go is up to you. At the low end you get a shimmer you feel more than you hear, the kind of restlessness that makes a digital sound feel analog. In the middle it becomes audible texture, grit, a breathing inside the signal. And when you push it all the way, it turns the source into something entirely new and becomes a sound source in its own right.
Three macros, one move
In the Easy view, three macros play the entire patch. Every preset assigns and names its own macros, so the label tells you what is underneath right now. Load a preset, turn one knob and hear something meaningful happen immediately, without working your way through an engine first.
The Pro view opens exactly that engine when you want to go deeper. You can switch at any time, both views control the same machine and nothing gets lost.
Shaping the texture
The character of the texture is adjustable, from soft, wide noise to hard, narrow grain. You decide which frequency range it sits in, how fine or coarse its resolution is and how hard it bites into the signal. A sound shaper with cutoff, resonance, filter type and drive sets where the texture sits in the sound and how aggressively it lands.
Three effects built for this one job
After the texture there are three stages that are not there by accident, they were built for this application.
DECAY attaches noise tails to your audio, triggered by the signal itself. A short click becomes a hiss with a release, a snare becomes a sound with a trail.
GRANULAR is a tempo-synced grain delay with spray. It breaks the texture into grains and spreads them across the beat, good for anything that should move and sit in a space.
FINISH glues the result together: a tilt shelf for the balance between lows and highs, plus OTT-style compression so the texture sits in the mix instead of jumping away on every transient.
Adding movement
Two LFOs, free running or tempo-synced, bring movement to any parameter. An envelope follower turns your input signal itself into a modulation source, so the texture reacts to what is being played. MAP mode reveals every controllable knob with a single click: click one, a flower opens, one petal per source, drag a petal to set the depth.
What else is in there
- Get to a sound fast: preset library with categories, tags and favorites, your own presets can be saved.
- Start right away instead of reading a manual: a guided tour inside the plugin and built-in hover help that explains any knob on demand.
- Always see what is happening: live spectrum, level metering for in and out, dry/wet mix.
- No level jumps while tweaking: auto gain evens things out with one click.
- Fits your setup: adjustable UI size, accent color, contrast and help language.
- Clean even at extreme settings: switchable oversampling.
